We set ourselves apart with exceptional service, cleanliness, responsiveness, location, and amenities! Immerse yourself in island life with our brand-new, fully furnished 1-bedroom suite, designed for comfort and convenience with a local touch. Your Coastal Retreat Includes: - A luxurious king-size bed for restful nights. - A full kitchen, equipped for whipping up your favorite meals. - A bright living space with a comfy sleeper sofa. - Your own patio, ideal for sipping coffee or unwinding. - A full bathroom - Shared outdoor shower for sandy toes - An in-suite washer/dryer -Off street parking is available for one vehicle at the front of the property. Just walk up the driveway to the ground floor entrance to the suite. No stairs or steps. Please use our driveway to turn around and navigate the off street parking as needed. - Available upon request: *2 adult bicycles (beach cruisers), Pack n Play, high chair, Pop n Sit, and baby bath.* Island Adventures at Your Doorstep: - The beach is a 15-minute walk, perfect for a morning dip or sunset stroll. - Just 3 minutes away walking, explore the sound, public dock, and maritime trails. - Enjoy exclusive perks with a free private beach access, complete with outdoor showers to rinse off the saltwater. - Pickleball courts are exactly a 1/2 mile away at the Emerald Isle community center. Beach Essentials Provided: We’ve got you covered with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, Shibumi shade, bocce ball, and all linens. Explore the Island: Our neighborhood is a dream for outdoor lovers. Scenic bike, running, and walking trails stretch across the island, starting just a quarter-mile from your door. Bicycles (beach cruisers) are available upon request. Your Space, Our Home: Your suite occupies the ground floor’s left side, offering a private escape with its own entrance. In the hallway, you’ll spot two locked, solid-core doors leading to our garage and office, soundproofed and secured for your peace of mind. We live upstairs with our two spirited boys, popping into the office occasionally and garage more often via a separate entrance on the right side of the house. As full-time residents, our family’s energy is part of the vibe and atmosphere. We’re here to ensure your stay is relaxing, yet authentic. Please Read: To book, guests must be 21 or older, and anyone 20 or under needs a parent or guardian along for the adventure.

Entire Ground Floor Suite: This spacious suite is located at the front of the house on the ground level. Enter through the dedicated front door, no steps or stairs. Front Patio: Step right outside your suite onto your patio, a shaded spot with a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or a sunset unwind. Outdoor Shower: After a beach day, head to the back of the house via the concrete sidewalk on the right side. You’ll find the spacious ground-floor outdoor shower with hot and cold water ready to rinse off the sand. Hot water is the left valve, cold water is the right. Free Private Beach Parking: Enjoy exclusive access to a gated beach lot, just a 15-minute walk away or 3-minute drive. It’s part of your stay, complete with outdoor showers at the beach entrance. Parking Details: Off street parking is available for one vehicle at the front of the property. Just walk up the driveway to the ground floor entrance to the suite. No stairs or steps. Please use our driveway to turn around and navigate the off street parking as needed. Our home sits in a prime spot for walking, running, and biking. The bike, running, and walking trails begin exactly 1/4 mile down our road. Use your two adult sized beach cruisers (available upon request), or bring your own and store them securely under the patio’s overhang. The Emerald Isle gym and community center is located 0.5 miles away (basketball courts, pickleball courts, outdoor park, weight room). Private surf lessons are available upon request (20+ years experience).
