The west access has no stairs, a rarity on this stretch of coast. Inside, a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a bright living space make it easy to settle in. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the sand, then unwind on the porch as island life sets the pace.

Your Coastal Retreat Includes: - A queen-size, full-size, and twin-size bed for restful nights. - A full kitchen, equipped for whipping up your favorite meals. - A bright living space for relaxation. - Your own wrap around porch, ideal for sipping coffee or unwinding. - 2 full bathrooms -Bathroom Note: In bathroom 2, only the bathtub works, not the shower. Bathroom 1 has a standup shower, and there is also an outdoor shower. - Spacious outdoor shower for sandy toes - Washer/dryer -Parking available for 2-3 vehicles and a boat. Please use our driveway to turn around and navigate the off street parking as needed. Island Adventures at Your Doorstep: - The beach is a 2-minute walk, perfect for a morning dip or sunset stroll. - The EI boat ramp is 1 mile away. - Just 10-15 minutes away walking, explore the sound, public dock, and maritime trails. - Pickleball courts and the Emerald Isle rec center/gym are exactly a 1/2 mile away at the Emerald Isle community center. Beach Essentials Provided: We’ve got you covered with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and all linens. Explore the Island: Our neighborhood is a dream for outdoor lovers. Scenic bike, running, and walking trails stretch across the island, starting just a quarter-mile from your door. Please Read: To book you must be 21 or older, and anyone 20 or under needs a parent or guardian along for the adventure.
