The home owner lives upstairs with their service animal. You will hear them walking around from time to time and will see them around the property on occasion. Your cohost lives nearby and is genuinely responsive if anything comes up. Please Note: Non-booking guests must be 13 or older. The apartment is not child-proofed. Guest access Entire Ground Floor Suite: This suite is located on the ground floor with its own dedicated entrance. Enter through the side door, no steps or stairs. Front Patio: Step right outside onto your covered patio with two Adirondack chairs, perfect for morning coffee or an evening unwind. Parking Details: Off street parking is available for two vehicles at the front of the property. Please use the driveway to turn around and navigate as needed. No stairs or steps to the entrance. Our home sits in a prime spot for walking, running, and biking. Trails begin exactly 1/4 mile down the road. The Emerald Isle gym and community center is 0.5 miles away with basketball courts, pickleball courts, an outdoor park, and a weight room.
